In an increasingly crowded world of online gaming platforms, many claim to offer a "VIP program" — but not all are created equal. At 96win, our VIP program is built on one core principle: rewarding loyal players in meaningful ways, not just slapping a fancy label on empty promises.
What sets the 96win VIP program apart is the transparency and simplicity of its system. No confusing hidden conditions, no unreasonable wagering requirements, and no benefit expiry without notice. Everything is clear and straightforward — perfectly suited to the busy lifestyle of modern Malaysians.
Many players ask: is a VIP programme really worth it? The answer is simple — it depends on how you use it. Here is a straightforward example: a Gold member who plays consistently with a weekly deposit of RM500 will receive 6% cashback, that is RM30 every week — or RM1,560 a year credited directly into their account with no manual claims required.
For Diamond members, the benefits are far greater. Imagine an active player enjoying personalised daily rebates, 15% weekly cashback, and exclusive tickets to premium game tables — the cumulative value of these benefits can reach tens of thousands of ringgit a year. That is the commitment 96win to their Diamond VIP members.
One of the things 96win VIP members appreciate most is the transparency of the upgrade system. Unlike some platforms that use vague or subjective upgrade criteria, 96win uses a single clear measure: your cumulative total deposits.
This means every ringgit you deposit is counted and tracked. Our system monitors this figure in real time, and once you reach the required threshold, the tier upgrade happens automatically — typically within a few hours. You will receive a notification through your account, and your new benefits will activate immediately.
For Platinum and Diamond members, your personal account manager is far more than a regular customer support agent. They are 96win representatives who understand your playing habits, game preferences, and specific needs as a VIP member.
Your personal account manager can assist with a wide range of matters — from expediting withdrawal processing and clarifying promotion terms, to providing personalised offers not available on the general promotions page and helping you navigate the full range of games at 96win. This is a genuinely valuable service for serious players.
One of the most common complaints heard from online players is the long wait time for withdrawals. At 96win, we understand that your money is your money — and you deserve to receive it fast.
That's why our VIP members get withdrawal priority. For Gold members, processing is guaranteed within 1 hour. For Platinum members, withdrawals are processed ahead of the regular queue — meaning your request doesn't have to compete with thousands of others. And for Diamond members, we offer instant withdrawals with no amount cap that will genuinely surprise first-time users.
Beyond financial benefits, 96win VIP members also enjoy access to games and rooms not available to regular members. This includes VIP Bingo rooms with higher ticket limits and more lucrative prizes, exclusive live casino tables with premium wagering limits, and special Slot rounds with optimised payout rates.
Access to these premium games gives VIP members an added edge — not only through better winning odds, but also through a fresher, more engaging experience as you play in a more exclusive, less crowded environment.
96win takes responsible gaming seriously, and this applies to all members — including VIP members. In fact, we believe VIP members should be even more mindful, as they have access to higher limits and greater playing privileges.
Our platform provides a comprehensive set of self-control tools for all members, including VIPs — such as daily and weekly deposit limits, session time limits, and the option to set a cooling-off period. We encourage all 96win VIP members to make use of these features and keep gambling an enjoyable form of entertainment.
Whether you just registered or have been playing at 96win for a long time, the opportunity to become a VIP member is always open. The first step is simple — create your free account, make your first deposit, and let our system track your VIP journey automatically.
